1: Differences in raw materials
The injection molding process needs to be developed with 100% pure TPE materials, and the blister process is often mixed with TPO or TPV-like TPE compounds, and the purity of the blister is not as good as the injection molding. Therefore, the one-piece injection-molded full TPE car mat will have a more flexible texture, closer to rubber, and a better foot feel. The products made of blister technology are hard, similar to plastic, and will feel tired when driving a long distance.
2: Difference in durability
The injection molded TPE foot pad has resilience. After it is deformed in the later period of use, it can be restored to its original shape by pouring boiling water or exposing it to the sun for a certain period of time.

The raw materials of the injection molding process are pelletized into the injection molding machine and liquefied at high temperature before being shaped into the mold.
The blister process is to first make the material into a flat sheet, and then heat it to soften and absorb it onto the mold to cool and shape.
The product that is equivalent to injection has the shape of the product itself, while the blister product has only one side of the molded shape, and the natural recovery is far less than the former.

3: Differences in styling design
The advantage of using a double-layer special injection mold is that the surface texture can be designed more abundantly, giving designers more creative space.

4: Differences in buckle design
The double-layer buckle designed by the injection molding process is more durable. The bottom of the foot pad is designed with additional anti-deformation stiffeners. The buckle is also injection molded from a small high-precision mold, which is stronger.
However, the blister process is relatively thin. If the double-layer buckle is designed, the strength and durability of the car mat is a big test. This is one of the reasons why all overseas blister car mats do not have a double-layer design.
